Out of date and ready to restart

Hello everyone.

Running a formerly non-functioning Windows 7 laptop on a DVD of Fedora 18. Was into computers when I was VERY young but lost interest in high school, now I'm back a ready to get back into the swing of things. Trying to learn Linux through Fedora and support the open source world.
