Post I want to download images from a FTP location by reading a column in photos.txt file

    Dear Friends,

I am new to shell script. I have a requirement to download the images from a FTP location by reading a /photos.txt file which is already available in the same FTP location and then store all the latest images (all images for the first time) on our server.

The photos.txt file has three columns

    Identifier, image_path, md5 values

    Example

    49631216_19_hd.jpg /photos/pvo/transfertvo/photos/ace/ace_x4963_19_hd.jpg fa2da4a56bb3ed8ddc87df06f32d57b9

I am in a do or die situation. Can any one help me on this?

    Regards

    Hi all,

I forgot specify above, directory listing is not enabled on the FTP server so we have to download the specific sub directories like "ace" , "auce" along with all the images in it.

    Please help.

    Regards
    Praveen
