Unable to install RHEL5 on IBM x3250 M4

Hello

I tried to install RHEL5 on IBM server (X3250 M4) and the following message appears to me

"unable to find any devices of the type needed for this installation type, Would you like manually select your driver or use a drive disk?"

please advise for this problem
