Ubuntu 12.04 Unity, changing colors and fonts?

I would like to use Ubuntu 12.04 Unity with more themes to choose from. Or the ability to adjust the individual settings like background window color and foreground font size, etc.

Can you point me to any additional themes that will plug into Ubuntu 12.04 Unity?

    This is my version (ubuntu-12.04-desktop-i386.iso).

I have tried Ubuntu Tweak (advanced settings) and MyUnity. Ubuntu Tweak seemed slightly better for themes.

Should I take a look at "CompizConfig-Settings-Manager"? Or does that involve seasoned ubuntu Linux user functionality?

    Pointers would be appreciated.

    Thanks.
