Dedicated server or Virtual Server?

Hello All,

what is good for web server Dedicated server or Virtual Server?
i have to run 5 website and i have HP Server with 8 core, 6 TB Hard disk and 20 GB RAM .
i was use to run 5 Windows operating system inside this VMware ESXI 5 .
now i have to move from windows to Linux Centos, i think in Apache Server i can run as Virtual Host with same port and same IP address.
now i need help to chose what is good for me, (1) run 5 Cantos operating system inside this VMware ESXI. or (2)run 1 Cantos operating system and use Apache Virtual Host.

I would say set up the server with virtualization (I'm a xenserver fan over vmware - but vmware is very good), then start out with one CentOS VPS on that system as a 5-website webserver. If it can't handle the load/traffic, give it more mem/cpu from the vmware installation.

This way, you can do your snapshots on only one VPS, only have one CentOS install to keep updated, etc..
