Can anybody help me find the URL of a Vote Button?

Okay I know this sounds mad... is it possible to find the URL to a JScript vote button for example:

http://conspiracy.top-site-list.com/vote860.html

This is not my site I am just interested in getting the URL of the vote button - There has been some scamming the list at another version of the url but not the list in question but it is similar, and we need to get rid of some deadwood. We have been trying The Firefox Web developer Toolbar - so far we are not getting it and we know it is there.
