Embed VPN client into a extlinux system

Hi all

I have Linux based CCTV server. It currently supports connections via Ethernet.

My goal is to achieve connections via 3G VPN with a on board 3G modem/USB

Is it possible to embed a VPN client along side the CCTV software and what recommendation would be best suited for an aggressive IPSec VPN connection

Why do you want to use 3G? This will not working well. Else what do you mean with the 3G (i guess you mean UMTS).

You should check on the website of the manufacturer about this. They using often embedded kernels, they don't have the need module for VPN. Maybe you can compile an own one. But we would need some more details (which version) it's and so.
