Odd error that makes login more difficult

Yeah so I was wondering why I cannot see my username when typing in my login. I can see the ...... for the password pale blue as it is. But the username is completely invisible.

Sorry for the sarcasm. But you have to write some more information about your System. What kind of Distribution do you use. What Display Manager and stuff like this. What Graphiccard do you use?
How should some provide help when, i can not even imaging a bit of the problem.
