    kill job started in crontab

    Hi,

I have some job starting with crontab. It ends usually after a few minutes but sometimes hangs for a long time.

I would like to automatically kill such jobs after - let's say - 20 minutes. How to achieve this effect? I wish I could start such a process with some parameter defining the maximum time for the job to run. In other words - maximum job time limit... Is this possible?

    Kind regards,
    Rob
