Nightly clamav error: duplicate log entry

If you're getting the following error every night from cron:

/etc/cron.daily/logrotate:
error: freshclam:6 duplicate log entry for /var/log/clamav/freshclam.log
error: found error in /var/log/clamav/freshclam.log , skipping

It's a relatively easy fix.. take out the double entries in:

/etc/logrotate.d/freshclam
/etc/cron.daily/freshclam
